Dr. Ryan Henson
I’m a specialist in spinal health and movement with a deep passion for helping others unlock their body’s potential. With expertise in chiropractic care, yoga, and somatic practices, I focus on improving alignment, mobility, and fluidity. My approach also gently “whispers” into the nervous system, fostering deep restoration and resilience.
Ana Balbuena
I’m a certified breathwork instructor, yoga teacher, and freediver. My passion lies in guiding others toward self-discovery through mindful practices and building meaningful community connections. I specialize in helping individuals find inner peace, regulate their nervous systems, and explore the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of breath.Together, we are excited to create a retreat experience that harmonizes science and mindfulness, nurturing your body, mind, and spirit.

Glamping in Bell Tents: Cozy, eco-friendly tents under the stars ($1,050 AUD).
Rooms Inside The Blue House: Luxurious indoor accommodations with shared amenities ($1,350 AUD).
All meals are provided, featuring farm-to-table vegetarian cuisine crafted from local, sustainable ingredients. Vegan options are available upon request.
